Litigation Attorney Opportunities at

Crow Estate Planning and Probate

Nashville, TN

Crow Estate Planning & Probate, PLC is a reputable and fast-growing estate planning law firm with offices in Nashville, TN, Clarksville, TN, Springfield, TN and Hopkinsville, KY. Our mission is to provide our clients with exceptional legal services in the areas of estate planning, probate, conservatorships, and business planning. We currently have 18 employees, including 8 attorneys, and are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team.

The Right Fit for This Position

We are seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney with at least 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for courtroom advocacy and a track record of success handling will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty cases, business disputes, and general litigation.

This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys direct client interaction, and is committed to achieving results through strong advocacy and strategy. Candidates who prefer transactional work or minimal courtroom involvement will find this position less suitable.

Preference will be given to those attorneys with dual licensure in Tennessee and Kentucky.

This position is hybrid, allowing the attorney to work remotely for tasks such as drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing case strategies. However, the attorney will be required to regularly come to the office for in-person meetings, collaboration with colleagues, and other firm-related activities. Additionally, the attorney will need to appear in courts across Middle Tennessee for hearings, trials, and other litigation-related matters.

Candidates should also expect to travel across Middle Tennessee to attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, as needed. Reliable transportation and the ability to manage a varied schedule are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight, taking initiative to handle cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service. The ability to work independently while meeting deadlines is crucial to success in this position.

Today my wife and I completed (at Crow Estate Planning and Probate) our Will, Living Will, Power of Attorney for Finance and Medical. As a Tennessee CPA for over 20 years (now retired), I’d like to leave this review so that others may benefit. Our experience rating with with Crow Estate Planning and Probate is EXCELLENT. Our legal team was Kyle Shannon, Callie and Julia. This team was competent, courteous, and professional. They made a potentially complex experience “easy” despite multiple minor trusts involved. The charge for professional services rendered was very reasonable. My wife (Denise) and I would like to thank Kyle and his team (Callie and Julia) for a great experience that exceeded our expectations. I will return for legal needs and I will refer family and others to Kyle, Callie and Julia.
