Crow Estate Planning & Probate, PLC is a reputable and fast-growing estate planning law firm with offices in Nashville, TN, Clarksville, TN, Springfield, TN, and Hopkinsville, KY. Our mission is to provide our clients with exceptional legal services in the areas of estate planning, probate, conservatorships, and business planning. We currently have 18 employees, including 8 attorneys, and are planning to expand with an office in every major city in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, and Alabama.
We are seeking a Director of Legal Technology & Systems to lead the firm’s system and technology strategy, optimize workflow automation, and integrate AI-driven solutions. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, efficient, and seamless operations as the firm expands across multiple states.
This individual will bridge the gap between technology and operations, working closely with leadership, attorneys, and staff to create an innovative, streamlined, and highly efficient legal practice. Additionally, this individual will assist in the development of proprietary software solutions that will support long-term firm growth.

Compensation & Benefits
– Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (based on experience).
– Vacation: Accrual-based.
