Law Clerk Opportunities at Crow Estate
Planning and Probate
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented law clerk to join our team for the summer. This position offers an excellent opportunity for law students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment across multiple jurisdictions and venues. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys and staff to provide critical support on various legal matters.

Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in drafting documents for their clients
- Support attorneys by preparing for court hearings and client meetings
- Review and organize documents ahead of attorneys’ court appearances
- Shadow attorneys during court hearings, depositions, and client meetings
- Learn the firm’s intake process and CRM tool to assist the team in scheduling appointments
- Provide regular status updates to clients regarding their ongoing cases, under the supervision of an attorney or paralegal
- Support the legal staff by completing necessary visits to local offices, such as the courthouse or Register of Deeds

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school with at least one year completed
- Strong academic record and proficiency in legal research and writing
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in the estate planning and/or probate practice areas
This is a temporary position suited for law students who are in their summer break between academic years. We expect the hired candidate to work for our firm for the entire summer, roughly for 10-11 weeks. This is a paid position.
